• Hello and welcome to the website page for the World War II Course. 

     

    General Overview of the Course

    This course is an overview of the causes, major details, and results of World War II. Students will examine the military and political history of the war, the individuals at the center of the conflict, as well as the experience of civilians and soldiers who participated. There will also be a heavy focus on American involvement in the war at home and abroad. Through completion of the course, you will gain an understanding of the importance of the war in shaping the world, and an appreciation for what it was like to live through the conflict.

    Supplies

    For this course you will want to obtain a 2 inch binder with some dividers to keep your work organized.  You will also need to acquire the following books: 

    WWII for Dummies by Keith D. Dickson (1st Edition).

    All assignments, due dates, notes, etc. will be posted on Google Classroom.
