POTFOLIO 1/ PORTFOLIO 2 HONORS

Portfolio is an upperclassman course that requires Art 1 and a final grade of an A in Art 2. In Portfolio, students will be finding their own unique artistic voices and begin creating and building cohesive and diverse portfolios of their work. Students will have a rigorous schedule of individual portfolio projects, artist research and technique assignments, along with regular work and practice in sketchbooks. Students who complete Portfolio 1 with an A are able to continue to Portfolio 2 Honors. Students will participate in an Art show at the end of the year showcasing their portfolios and inidividual Artist Statements.
