Why not just Google it you might ask? The resources listed below will have already vetted resources, so you don't have to determine whether the website is valid or not. Plus, many of these online resources provide a citation for you.
- DISCUS - DISCUS is a free resource for all South Carolina students. You will need a login to access these resources. See Ms.K. Rogers or your teacher for login information.
- Greenville Library - you will need a library card to access these resources. Don't have one? Contact the library to get your card and access to some great resources!
- Greenville Tech Library - you will need a library card to access these resources as well. If you don't have one, stop by the Greenville Tech library on campus and ask how to sign up for a card.
- Library of Congress - "The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers, maps and manuscripts in its collections." This is a great place to find primary resources.
- Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History - this websites contains over 60,000 resources for American History.
