Each department at GTCHS schedules office hours after school on a weekly basis.  Office hours offer students the opportunity to complete assignments, ask questions, and get support from their teacher.  

Office hours are from 2:45-3:30 PM

Monday:       Math

Tuesday:      English and Related Arts

Wednesday:  History and Foreign Language

Thursday:     Science 

Friday work sessions are a time and space for students who are not meeting mastery to get additional help during the regular school day. While we hope that you'll realize that this is an opportunity that most schools do not offer and that it is not intended to be punitive, it is required and not optional.  This is an opportunity to get back on track so that you can have a successful quarter and year!

W.I.N. (What I Need) Time

On Tuesdays during first lunch, students can go to their teachers to get extra help or make up work.  Subjects alternate each week.  

One week will include:

Math, English, Special Ed, Fine Arts, Business

The following week will include:

Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language, Freshman Success.

Smart Center is an after-school program offered at GTCHS. If your child needs extra help or supervision after school or if you're simply unable to pick them up by 3 p.m. and would like to avoid the late stay fee, sign them up today!
