All participants MUST have a physical completed after April 1, 2024 and MUST register at WINTER ATHLETIC REGISTRATION 

New athletes will need to create an account to register.

The physical form will need to be uploaded during registration and there is a $75 athletic fee.  This fee can be paid online or funds can be delivered to coaches.  A physical form can be downloaded using this link PHYSICAL FORM
