Girls Basketball Conditioning Schedule

Off-season workouts for girls' basketball will start on Monday, October 5th. This will consist of running for conditioning at the basketball courts on campus without using equipment. If we are in a hybrid situation we will have workouts Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:15 - 4:00. Students should attend on the days when they are on campus during their cohort, navy or khaki. If we are not in hybrid we will have workouts Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 to 4:30 at the courts on campus.
People that are playing fall sports are exempt from the workouts until their seasons end. Students need to wear masks, bring their own water or sports drinks and there will be social distancing as well. If you are feeling sick or have COVID like symptoms, please do not come. No more than nine people can attend per day - sign ups for conditioning will be made available at a later date.
Please remember that you need to have had a physical form filled out before coming to the workouts. Make sure that you have that turned in to Coach Littlejohn or Coach Shiley before then.
