Dear GTCHS Parents and Friends:

Many of you are already aware that our bus used for PE classes, sporting events, and field trips has died. We have been informed that it is not feasible to repair it again. Our Principal, Mr. Crawford, has found a bus that we would like to purchase. This is a new bus and he has worked hard to bring down the cost. The total cost is $60,300.00

If we do not purchase it quickly, we may not be able to get it. If we have to order one, it will take several months to get it and of course, the cost will go up. At this time, we are using a borrowed bus, but we can only use it for a few weeks.

We will have to put down $6,030.00 (10%) and pay the rest, $54,270.00 over the next three months, which comes to $18,090.00 a month. The Parents in Partnership group will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 15, at 6:00 to discuss what we will need to do to raise these funds.
